Meet The Founder

As a Southern Californian native, Leeor has a passion for building strong relationships with like minded individuals. From being part of the executive board in student council at her high school, to forming new clubs on her University’s campus, Leeor has always strived for positive change, fostering a strong-knit community, and achieving alignment. Being heavily involved in creating efficient processes for both candidates and clients, Leeor has refined the way to ensure dual alignment between candidate career goals and client big picture targets. Her background in Business and MBA from Santa Clara University has enhanced her ability to understand company goals and strategies and precisely target candidates who can handle the challenge at hand.
